Richard Glisky—Chairman & CEO
Richard co-founded Compsat Technology in early 1995 with the vision of being a premier integrator of IT infrastructure. As Chairman and CEO of Compsat Technology, Richard leads the company’s sales, marketing, technology, and business development strategies. Prior to co-founding Compsat Technology, he worked at MTI Micro Technology (one of the founders of RAID storage technology) and Pioneer Standard Electronics, where he designed, developed and marketed a number of unique data storage solutions servicing the automotive and manufacturing industries. Richard is also Chairman and CEO of Compsat Security, an affiliate company, offering consulting, fire, access control, and surveillance solutions to protect people and assets. Additionally, Richard serves as Chairman and CEO of Harvest CCP.
Martin Previch—CFO
Marty is responsible for the company’s budgeting, accounting, cash flow for costing, and regulatory/auditing requirements. Marty has over 29 years of Controller/CFO experience in manufacturing, retail/wholesale and service related industries. He started with Compsat Security in 2005 before taking the CFO position with CompsatTechnology. Marty holds an MBA from Eastern Michigan University.
Bob Swiatoschik—General Manager, Compsat Services
As General Manager of Technical Services, Bob is responsible for the operational development and delivery of Compsat’s projects and managed services. He and his team are responsible for ensuring project milestones and SLA’s for managed services are met. Prior to his role as GM, Bob managed a team of Tivoli Storage Management Administrators who performed backups for Ford Motor Company supporting data centers in Dearborn, MI; Singapore; and over 100 world-wide remote locations. Before joining Compsat Bob held leadership positions at CimVision International and EDS/GM.
